1. About 123 Markt

123 Markt is an online classifieds platform of 123-NL B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 88560686). Buying and selling happens directly between users. 123 Markt is not a party to those arrangements.

2. Ads

• Posting ads is free for as long as 123 Markt says so.
• You only offer what is yours or what you are allowed to sell, with an honest description and your own photos.
• Not allowed include: weapons, drugs, medicines, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, live animals, tobacco and alcohol, personal data and anything prohibited in the Netherlands.
• Homes and rooms are listed on 123 Home.
• Mark your ad as reserved or sold as soon as that is the case.

3. Messages and offers

An offer is an invitation to negotiate and does not bind the seller or the buyer. Spam, deception and luring users away from 123 Markt to scam them are prohibited.

4. Enforcement

We may remove ads, messages and accounts that break these terms or the law without notice.

5. Liability

Users are responsible for their own ads and arrangements. 123 Markt is not liable for damage resulting from transactions between users, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Oost-Brabant.
