Who we are

123 Markt is provided by 123-NL B.V., Hurksestraat 60, 5652 AL Eindhoven, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 88560686). 123 Markt and 123 Home share the same account.

What data we process

• Account: email address, password (encrypted) and name.
• Ads: title, description, price, photos, postcode and city, and your phone number if you choose to show it.
• Messages and offers: messages between buyer and seller and offers made.
• Reports of ads and saved ads.

What others see

Your ads show your name, the city, the date you joined and, if you add it, your phone number. An offer shows your first name. Messages are visible only to you and the other person in the conversation. Your email address is never shown to other users.

Who processes it

• Supabase: database, login and photo storage, on servers in Frankfurt (EU).
• Netlify: website hosting.
• PDOK (Dutch Land Registry): postcode lookup. RDW: vehicle details for a licence plate.
• Bunny Fonts: fonts, without cookies or tracking.

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep data for as long as your account exists or until you delete it yourself. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@yari-immigration.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
